Located at the Campus of Care in Mineral Ridge, The Causeway offers vocational habilitation and adult day service programming.
The Causeway houses a unique set of vocational learning labs, each replicating a different employment environment. Our goal is to provide safe and meaningful opportunities for folks to explore a variety of jobs while gaining valuable employment skills. Whether growing culinary skills in our commercial kitchen, developing customer service skills in our functional store, or cultivating communication skills in our operational restaurant – we’re connecting the goals of our folks with the needs of our community.
Those participating in adult day service programming engage in daily activities focused the on development of life skills, self-advocacy, self-determination, healthy living, and social skills. Through frequent excursions, participants in ADS programming are encouraged to explore and engage in our community while developing greater independence.
