Building aptitude and teaching good work skills
TWi’s Employment Services meets two needs: Our participants’ need for supervised, yet consistent, work opportunities and our customers’ need for reliable employees.
Our participants build valuable work skills through employment at a variety of manufacturing and service organizations in the area. TWi transports participants to and from the workplace and supervises throughout the day to ensure that participants are growing in their knowledge and aptitude and performing their jobs to the best of their abilities – and to the employers’ expectations.
Employment Services are delivered to groups and individuals. Many of our participants have started in group employment scenarios and now are independently employed. We assess each client and look for ways to build on strengths and connect them to the right opportunities.
Our participants work in manufacturing facilities, assembly departments, offices and stores. Through our Employment Services, people experience unexpected growth.
